What applies to most children in Germany?

Why — for every option

  1. A — There is no compulsory voting in Germany — and children cannot vote anyway.
  2. B — Correct: general compulsory schooling applies to all children in Germany and is anchored in state constitutions and school laws.
  3. C — A general "duty of confidentiality" for children does not exist; duties of confidentiality apply to certain professions (e.g. doctors).
  4. D — There is no state-imposed religious obligation; freedom of religion (Art. 4 Basic Law) also includes the right to practise no religion at all.
